1. 1e health-sac skills. Cute. Not sure if it's going to make them see any play, but it's cute. While you're at it, how about making Blood of the Master 1e as well?

2. Party Heals buff. Interesting. I'm going to have to paly with it before I decide what to think. DivineHealing/Heaven's Delight is now almost not-sucky enough on paper to actually work as party-healing, if only they weren't so slow to recharge... Heal Party might have lost more than it gained. LoD is still crap.

3. poor mesmers.

4. nerf to mending refrain.... why? Was this skill overpowered in relation to anything except mending?

5. poor mesmers.

6. Avatar of Grenth. That nerf was a long time coming. The skill is borderline crap now, but I don't really see what else you could do with it.

7. Mystic regen. Ugly nerf.

8. Healsig and lion's comfort. Need to try them; have a bad feeling they're still not very good, merely better than other options for someone with a 20e pool and 2pips.

Ummm... wow. Izzy does it again... wtf?!?!
Hahahahaha. I like Clumsiness. I like Wandering Eye (are they clones of each other now?). PvE buffs, good. Careful skill use buffs... and retard spam nerfs. I like what they've done.

Oh, and PLeak was a bit hard.
I like what I'm seeing, gonna have to play now.

Umm... yeah. Grenth might be fun.
If I had good enough reason to stop being a tree, *hint hint*

Clumsiness/Wandering Eye = <3

And I really like these:
Heroes and henchmen will now properly target themselves with the skill Dismiss Condition.
Fixed a bug that caused a Hero to cancel and then re-activate a skill if manually ordered to use it.

Also way to go Necros

No More Box Camping sweet
Extra Base Defenders sweet
Mystic Regen Nerfed sweet
Another Title not so sweet
If wards had been nerfed Id be calling this the best update ever.
I give it a 9.2 on a scale of 10.

Why did they do that to LoD ? Wasn't it useless enough ?

Apart from that did they decorated LA for canthan new year last year ?

Hmm, wondering if there's a difference in points per party piece, like the alcohol eg: tonics (which last 50 mins), get 3 points per, while quick 5 seconders (like snowmen, fireworks etc) are only 1 point per.

Mystic Regen is like their smartest nerf. Nerfed enough so it's not overpowered. Not too much nerfed so people will still use it.

My views on this update:

1. Thank God for the Mystic Regen Nerf. It was being run by every other profession imaginable besides Derv, and I am glad that I might see the end of eles/necros running it on their bars. And the fact that so many people have already complained about it in this thread really shows how widespread its misuse was.

2. Party-Healing : Some positive and some negative. LoD was nice to combat its initial super-nerf, but Heal Party will affect the hordes of people running HB monks in DoA. I absolutely love the Song of Restoration buff. It is a great skill that just became a lot better.

3. Avatar of Grenth. Yikes. That's all I have to say.

4. "Changed the item boxes in Rollerbeetle Racing to only be collectible once per player" - Oooh......I certainly hope there is a new mini up for grabs for there will actually be competition this year. No more box-camping FTW.

5. Warrior Stuffs - I like these. I might actually use Lions Comfort now...

6. Necromancer 1e spells - I think they are just toying with this idea. Might as well make them free IMO. I mean, 1e? These skills most likely have cast times of at least a sec, and you would have net e-gain. w/e...I don't really run Necro anyway

Thats about it. Good update, and thanks for finally announcing Cathan New Year. Certainly gave me a fright.

Wow. Drink up Blood Necros.

1/4 sec activation time for HV is nice.

I'd rather have seen TU get a shorter AT instead of longer duration.

It's more or less a dead skill now for the 55's. +9 Health regeneration just isn't enough to keep you alive with all the degeneration on your. I guess it's back to healing breeze + mending or watchful spirit. That said, I guess I am sorta happy that the ele sliver tanks are taking it on this one. I wasn't too fond of that build in AB.

As for the rest, I'm not quite sure how I feel. Granted, I mostly play PvE, and the likelihood of a monster not attacking in 4 seconds isn't going to matter with ineptitude, but still.

The one cost skills will be interesting, but truth be told I loathe touchers and this seems to help them so I probably won't like it for that.

The reduced effect of party wide healing will be interesting, although the shorter casting time for HP...I usually use HP with Healer's Boon anyway, so it was already fast enough. Now, if they decreased it's energy cost instead of it's cast time, that would have been more interesting.

It would be interesting to make them 0 E skills and have a higher health sac for them. I always thought that would be a good alternate-pay system for necros. It helps with the health sac display now .

I'd like to thank ArenaNet for balancing Mystic Regen. Tired of those elementalists who use Mystic Regen and a load of enchantments.

Lol at God amongst mere Mortals title XD.

With this new title it should be quit more easy to get.

If you have Legendary Survivor you only needed to get 1 of the grind fest titles (Wisdom, Treasure, Lucky/ Unluky, Kurzick/ luxon) now you can just buy it ala sweet tooth/ drunkard. GG!!

I can see what they were doing with the blood magic skills 1 energy suits quite a few of them because even if they are armour ignoring you had to manage both energy and sacraficing and in the case of touch of agony and wallows bite you also had to put yourself in melee range.
